Brief Description of Instrument - Developed for use with both Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS) and Nurse Practitioners (NP), determines how the activities of CNSs and NPs converge and diverge. 49 items list activities to which the respondent reports engaging (yes/no). Nine open-ended items allow the respondent to add other activities within the role and other categories (i.e. billing).
