Scale Format - 5-point scale ranging from 0 = Not expected in position, 4 = Utmost importance

Factors and Norms - Clinical, educational, administrative and research.

Content & Face Validity - Developed by investigator from survey of CNS job descriptions and literature review.  Reviewed by CNSs for face validity.

Limitations - No factor analysis completed to confirm factor structure.
